For Claudine, the property staffing industry is more than a job – it’s a role she is truly passionate about. For over 25 years Claudine has been actively involved in property management, including working as a Recruiter for the past 9 years. Throughout her career, Claudine has built lifelong relationships with her candidates and clients, and it is these relationships which drive her to continue to develop the industry.
Claudine has grown in this service-orientated industry from the unique perspective of an insider, having started her career in property management as a leasing consultant. From there, Claudine progressed upwards, working as an assistant manager, manager and area manager. When she says that she’s literally “sat behind your desk,” she really has!
As a result of her years spent working in the industry, Claudine possesses an intimate knowledge and behind-the-scene understanding of all aspects of the multifamily staffing business, along with a clear vision for what it takes to operate an successful staffing service. These experiences led Claudine to launch her own staffing service – one that focuses on quality, service and building strong relationships.
During her tenure as a Recruiter for other agencies, Claudine quickly recognized how much customer service impacted her clients: staffing firms that focused on building and maintaining high standards of client care delivered exceptional service, while agencies that failed to put ‘people first’ would disappointed her clients.
This remarkable foundation has given Claudine a deep-seeded passion for the business; this passion drives her to provide exceptional customer service and a high level of accountability to her clients.
