I have had the pleasure of working with Claudine for the last few years. First as a client, then as an employee. Claudine always gave me 110%. She has an eye for spotting outstanding talent. She placed 2 empoloyees with my last firm that I eventually hired on full time. She checked in to make sure we were a good fit all the way around. Claudine is amazing, whenever I hear her name it reminds me of moving to California. That's exactly what I did nearly 3 years ago when I relocated to Los Angeles. A friend of a friend had referred me to Claudine for finding work in property management, specifically as a leasing consultant which I had done for many years in Texas. Claudine has been great to work with! For a period of almost 2 years she helped keep me working until I found the perfect community in which I'm still working to this day! During that 2 year period I was able to keep all my bills paid and not lose my apartment or my truck! Claudine was very professional yet very personable. I have so many amazing things to say about working for Claudine ....I met Claudine July 2010. At the time, I was new to Los Angeles and was in desperate need of a job.. I was also looking for something flexible as well. When I started working for her I received what I was looking for and with great pay as well. I was able to build my own schedule.. She has always been there not only for me but for a lot of my closest friends with helping us get Temp jobs and offers for permanent positions. She really cares and understands everyone's needs and takes everyone's situation into consideration. I see great things in the horizon for her and this new company.. I have had the pleasure to work with Claudine for 2 years. I was one of the few people to be hired on the spot after an amazing interview. Ever since she hired me, my experience with her has just been the best. I was hired on a Friday, and on that same weekend I started working. Claudine is great at following up, and even better at placing you on assignments. I honestly can say I never have had to worry about a work assignment. There have been times when it seemed as if there was nothing going on then, all of a sudden I would get a call for an ongoing assignment that would lock me up for months. I love her Professionalism, poise, punctualness, and most of all her very strong organizational skills. She has always done her part with me, and in turn I've always work hard to make sure I represent her well. In these years she has been more than just a great boss but, also a good friend. I doubt I'd ever find or work with someone better than her. Due to her hard work in placing me, I received several permanent job offers and now I work full-time as the on-site property manager.
